Teodora Taneva, Legal Counsel
Teodora Taneva has been a part of Nina Boteva Law Office since 2016, and her competencies cover corporate, labor and contract law issues. Teodora Taneva began her professional career in the Law Firm Boteva and Kantutis as early as 2005, specializing in civil and commercial law, international investment, banking and finance law. As a result of her professional engagements after 2010, her experience has broadened into the field of European environmental law, specifically in the regulation of the market for chemicals and the protection of the atmospheric air.
Theodora Taneva graduated with honors majoring in "Law" in 2009 at Sofia University "St. Kliment Ohridski ". A year later, she graduated in "International Relations" from the same university. She participated in the International Summer University in Istanbul in 2007 on the subject of Mergers and Acquisitions for commercial companies.
